General terms
By placing an order you indicate to accept our Terms and Conditions. IntoVinyl reserves the right to change its General Terms temporarily. 

Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled, without payment of a fine and without giving any reasons, if not yet shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. We ask you to sent us an e-mail. Your cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received. 

If you have already paid the order you are cancelling, IntoVinyl reimburses the amount paid at the latest within three (3) days.

Delivery
Delivery will take place as long as supplies last. IntoVinyl aims at sending orders within 1-3 days after receipt of the payment sent, however IntoVinyl can not be commited. We send by DPD or Post NL. 

The deadline is 60 days after placement of orders, excluding orders which the customer has indicated they want to receive later. If it is not possible to supply the customer within 60 days the customer will be informed in time and he has the right to cancel the order free of charge. 

Prices
The articles have to be paid in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs (unless mentioned otherwise) are not included in these prices. Before contracting the agreement, the total price including shipping will be reported by our website.

Shipping
For the packaging and shipping a contribution is included. All prices are subject to the site of printing and printing errors. We cannot accept any responsibility for the effects of printing and printing errors. All our supplies are sent by either DPD or Post NL. Prices are variable due to the area you live.

Payment
Payment of your order can be done by one of the following ways:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Maestro
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

Ownershiptransfer
The ownership of products transfers only if the customer has paid in full.

Responsability whilst shipping
We are responsable for loss or damage of goods during shipment. If an unexpected problem will arise, we will be pleased to hearing of it so we can lodge a complaint with DPD or Post NL. We will always do our best to solve this problem.

Data
When you order an item at IntoVinyl, your information will be included in the customer database of IntoVinyl. IntoVinyl adheres to the Law Personal Register and will not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy. IntoVinyl respects the privacy of users of the Internet site and will ensure the confidentiality of your personal data. IntoVinyl uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to protect yourself from this list. 

Warranty
IntoVinyl ensures that its products meet the requirements of usability, reliability and longevity as reasonably designed by parties to the sale and is thus responsible for the guarantee of the product delivered to you.

IntoVinyl backs our dust covers with a warranty. It warrants these dust covers against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Agreement
IntoVinyl reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any reasons or not to accept contracts.

Images and specifications
All graphics, photographs, drawings, information on weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels etc. at the site of IntoVinyl apply only approximately, are indicative and may not lead to damages or dissolution of the contract. It is not allowed to copy images and / or text from the site of IntoVinyl without our consent.

Returns and exchange of articles
We want to inform you as good as possible through our website about the items. If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be changed or returned. Please contact us by email: info@intovinyl.com indicating the number of your order and the products you want to change / return.

Returns and / or changes (further: the returns) are subject to certain conditions. The items should be reported by e-mail within 14 days after receipt at the delivery address.

The items, which have been reported for return, should immediately, but no later than within 14 days after receipt of the order on the delivery address be returned to us. Costs for the return are for your own account. IntoVinyl only accept returns which have been reported as described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Returns that have not been reported, or not within the prescribed period are not accepted

After reporting and after receipt of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by email. In case of payment in advance the amount will be credited on your account.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased at IntoVinyl, please contact us by email: info@intovinyl.com. The costs for returning an article with a complaint will be first on behalf of the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is well founded.

Force majeure
IntoVinyl has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend or to resolve a customer's order or contract without judicial intervention, notifying the client by letter. IntoVinyl does not accept any responsability for any damages, unless it appears unacceptable under the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
To all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these conditions, only Dutch law can be applied.
